This Dog, in his own humble estimation, is the smartest, the bravest, and the most observant canine ever to paw the pavement. In reality, however, he still has a long ways to go. Encountering other breeds reveal he’s been harboring his own personal pet issues. By learning from their experiences, he begins to change for the better.
