This is the story of the overweight Mr. Pyecraft who bores his friend, Formalyn, with his obesity troubles. Eventually, Formalyn gives him an occult weight-loss recipe which Pyecraft tries for some time. Eventually, Formalyn finds Pyecraft in his house, as rotund as ever, floating in the air. Realizing that the recipe has literally reduced his weight but not his size, they try different ways to keep Pyecraft’s feet on the ground.
