Susie kicks off her New York City interview series with the first of a two-part interview with journalist Debbie Nathan. Debbie is the expert on sex panics and is perhaps best known for her book, Satan's Silence: Ritual Abuse and the Making of a Modern American Witch Hunt about some of the widely covered sex panic cases that rocked the U.S. in the '80s and '90s, such as the McMartin daycare case in California. Susie and Debbie share a deep distrust about former New York Times journalist Kurt Eichenwald's much talked about articles on Internet child pornography and, in part one, Debbie makes the case for why more people, not less, should be allowed to see child porn on the Internet. Then, in the Try This at Home mailbag, a woman wants to know the nitty-gritty about herpes before she gets in bed with a new lover. Don't forget, you can send your confidential questions, feedback about the show, and requests for girly cards to share with your friends to susie@audible.com. (Episode 295, June 8, 2007)
