Farmer Cap, a resident of Pfeffernut County, is a strange fellow. Instead of growing beans, corn, or peas on his farm, he grows giant pink marshmallows, using syrup and powdered sugar.

After years of trying to convince their eccentric neighbor to do things the way they do, the other farmers of the county finally see that Farmer Cap might have some good ideas, after all.
