The Texas Safe Zone is home to four million refugees, trapped behind the walls of Fort Bliss - too many people and not enough food. In a desperate gamble, the Army unit responsible for securing the walls begins to cast its net far and wide for pre-outbreak food storage locations. Not everyone will make it home.
