Abbott and Costello talk about paying their income tax. Lou tells the story "Jack in the Beanstalk", and Bud keeps interrupting. Bud takes Lou to a tax accountant. Lou finds he owes no income tax if he makes no money. People keep giving Lou money that they owe him. Lou wins $3,000 in a raffle. Lou tries to give the money away but can't...he just gets more.
